Yes, all Arata products are formulated with 100% nature-derived ingredients. We strictly avoid synthetic fragrances, parabens, sulfates, silicones, and other harmful chemicals.

How long does shipping typically take?

We process orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 business days for domestic shipping.

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy for unused and unopened products. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. We are a PETA-certified cruelty-free and vegan brand. We do not test on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulations.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
